Raymond Mas started The Bridge Church in 2013. Since then, he has served as TBC's lead pastor with his wife, Rose, by his side. Pastor Ray loves coffee over most things, and is always down for a chat over a great brew! They have a son and daughter of their own, two inherited kids, and five lively grandchildren.

Justin & René began serving at The Bridge in 2013. René officially took over as Worship Director in 2017. By day, René is a ballet instructor at a local studio, where she gets the chance to teach her two daughters.

On top of his duties in church branding/marketing and our technology teams, Justin also serves on the worship team alongside René and can be found filling in for Pastor Ray as one of our secondary pulpit ministers.

Rob & Carolina joined The Bridge leadership team in 2014 and have been serving our young people ever since. They have an incredible heart for God and seeing young people emerge as leaders in the church. When he's not discipling our young people, you can find Rob coaching wrestling or cheering for his New York Giants on Sunday afternoons.

Erica Kelly & Dawn Diedrick make up the dynamic duo of our Bridge Kids leadership team.

Erica is the "chaos coordinator" for our TBC Tots (children 3mo - 5yrs) and has been serving faithfully since 2013. Erica's ministry literally comes home with her each week as her and her husband, Ryan, have three children - all of which are under the age of 5. Dawn joined the TBC leadership team in 2013 and has led the team that cares for our children, ages 6 - 5th grade. When she's not busy helping people as a nurse, Dawn enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids.

Gretchen Perez began serving at The Bridge in 2013 and has been leading our Women's Ministry ever since. Whether she's preparing an event or a new small group study, she has a heart to see women empowered in both the church and in life.

Barbara has been working full time for The Bridge since it's inception in 2013. On top of all her back-office responsibilities, Barbara leads our Welcome Team and is a secondary pulpit minister.
